Anti-ERGIC2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the ERGIC2 antigen (also known as Erp43 or PTX1), this Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent recognizes a transmembrane cycling component of the ER-Golgi intermediate compartment that shuttles between the endoplasmic reticulum and the cis-Golgi, supporting cargo selection, vesicle budding, and protein quality control in the early secretory pathway. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and detects endogenous ERGIC2 in both human and mouse samples, making it useful for studies of Golgi-ER trafficking, secretory pathway function, and the reported links between ERGIC2 expression, proliferation control, and tumor biology.

Supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is ready for direct use in immunoblotting and IHC workflows.
