Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically recognizes the ERG (Transcriptional regulator ERG / Transforming protein ERG) transcription factor and was raised against a recombinant human ERG immunogen, then affinity-purified on the immunogen to ensure high specificity for endogenous levels of total ERG protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µl of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and it is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; for long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at −20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
