Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody that recognizes the ERG (ETS-related gene) transcription factor in human, mouse, and rat samples. Supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications.

ERG is a member of the ETS family of transcription factors with central roles in vascular development, endothelial cell identity, and prostate cancer biology, where the TMPRSS2-ERG gene fusion drives aberrant ERG expression in a large subset of prostate tumors. Researchers use this antibody to label endothelial cells in vascular biology studies, characterize hematopoietic stem and progenitor populations, and investigate ERG-positive prostate cancer models.

For storage, keep the antibody frozen at -20°C in working aliquots to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles; the glycerol-supplemented buffer also tolerates short-term handling on ice or at 4°C. Sodium azide is included as a microbial preservative for laboratory research use only.
