Anti-ERG Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets ERG and is validated for Western blot (WB). The reagent is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, unconjugated, and provided as a liquid preparation reactive with human and mouse samples. It is generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human ERG (NP_891548.1), and recognizes a target with a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000, and the concentration is reported as lot-specific.
