Anti-eRF3a (D128) Antibody

Affinity-purified in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets a GTPase central to translation termination and cell cycle control. eRF3a, also termed GSPT1, partners with eRF1 at the ribosome to decode stop codons and additionally drives the G1 to S phase transition in proliferating cells.

The D128 epitope region is recognized by this polyclonal preparation, giving detection of multiple sites on the target for stronger signal in immunoblotting. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of translation regulation and proliferation control.
