This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes ETS2 repressor factor (ERF), a downstream effector of the MAPK/ERK signaling cascade and a member of the ETS family of transcription factors. Raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, the antibody is unconjugated and validated for western blot detection of ERF in samples derived from human, mouse, and rat origin. ERF is phosphorylated by ERK1/2 and exerts transcriptional repression on immediate-early targets such as c-Fos and EGR1, so this reagent is well matched to studies of growth-factor-driven signaling, cell-cycle exit, and differentiation in primary cells and established lines.

The product is provided as 100 µl of liquid stock, a volume compatible with routine immunoblotting workflows and with antibody-aliquot preparation for repeated use. Sodium azide is included as a preservative, so the recommended handling is to store refrigerated at 2–8 °C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles once aliquoted. Researchers investigating RAS/MAPK-driven oncogenesis, megakaryocyte maturation, or ETS-family chromatin regulation can pair this polyclonal reagent with the appropriate HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and chemiluminescent substrate for clean band visualization on PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes.
