Anti-ERdj3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ERdj3 (DNAJB11), an endoplasmic reticulum-resident Hsp40 co-chaperone, and is intended for research use only. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, with a final protein concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, allowing flexible downstream labelling or direct detection depending on the assay. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ERdj3, and the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of the target protein following affinity-chromatography purification against the epitope-specific immunogen. Verified applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the reagent has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
