The ERdj3 co-chaperone (DNAJB11) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident Hsp40 family member that partners with BiP to fold nascent secretory proteins, contributes to ER-associated degradation, and modulates the unfolded protein response under cellular stress. Antibodies.com offers this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a conserved ERdj3 epitope, with cross-reactivity to human, mouse, and rat samples that supports comparative work across standard laboratory models. The antibody is validated for Western blot detection in cell and tissue lysates, immunohistochemistry on fixed sections, and ELISA-based quantitation, giving flexibility across protein analysis pipelines. Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal serum; aliquoting upon arrival helps preserve activity across multiple experiments.
