Anti-ERCC8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ERCC8 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has been shown to react with mouse samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 44 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300 to the C-terminus of human ERCC8 (NP_000073.1). For Western blot, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.

Shipping is performed at 4°C; upon receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
