Anti-ERCC6L Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody specific to ERCC6L, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for western blot applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 300–400 of human ERCC6L (NP_060139.2). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reactive with human samples. It is supplied as an affinity-purified liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. Representative validation is shown by ECL detection on lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane, blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, with a goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary at 1:10,000 and an exposure time of 90 seconds. The target has a molecular weight of 223 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
