Anti-ERCC5/XPG (E160) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ERCC5/XPG and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130-180 of human ERCC5/XPG. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of XPG protein.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an observed molecular weight of approximately 133 and 200 kDa.
