Anti-ERCC4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ERCC4 (also known as XPF), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 600–700 of human ERCC4 (NP_005227.1).

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 120 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IP: 1:20–1:50.
