Anti-ERCC4 (A822) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, recognises ERCC4 (A822) — also referred to as XPF — and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in Rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of ERCC4.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 796–840 of Human ERCC4, and the manufacturer states that it detects endogenous levels of XPF protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 117 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
