Anti-ERCC1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and recognizes the DNA excision repair protein ERCC-1 (ERCC1). It is a polyclonal antibody supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human ERCC1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total ERCC1 protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human and mouse samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
