Anti-ERBB4 (phospho Y1284) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ERBB4 (also referred to as ErbB4/HER4) when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1284. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y1284 of human ErbB4/HER4 (accession NP_005226.1), with the immunogen sequence reported as PEYLS. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 200 kDa.
