Anti-ERBB3 (phospho-Y1328) Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises ERBB3 when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1328 (Y1328). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), with confirmed reactivity against Human and Mouse samples [C0][S1].

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ERBB3 around the Y1328 phosphorylation site and detects endogenous levels of ERBB3 protein at this phospho-site [S1]. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE [S1]. The predicted molecular weight of the target is ~ 148 kDa [S1].

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3 [C0][S1].
