Anti-ERBB3 (phospho Y1328) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y1328 of human ERBB3 (NP_001973.2). The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, the formulation contains 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight for the target protein is 185 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Suggested dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
