Anti-ERBB2 (phospho Y1221 + Y1222) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 200 µl volume, specifically recognizes the ERBB2 receptor tyrosine kinase (also known as HER2/neu) only when phosphorylated at tyrosine residues 1221 and 1222. These adjacent C-terminal autophosphorylation sites are generated upon receptor activation and serve as readouts of ERBB2 kinase activity in cell signaling studies. The reagent is validated for Western blot detection of the human target.
