Anti-ERBB2 (phospho Y1221 + Y1222) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes ERBB2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine residues 1221 and 1222, two major autophosphorylation sites within the receptor's C-terminal regulatory tail that become modified upon ligand-induced HER2 dimerization.
