Anti-ERBB2 (phospho Y1221 + Y1222) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ErbB2/HER2 phosphorylated at tyrosines 1221 and 1222. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) at recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y1221 & Y1222 of human HER2/ERBB2 (NP_004439.2), with the sequence NLYYWD. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target protein has a molecular weight of 185 kDa.
