Anti-ErbB2/HER2 (phospho-Y877) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognises ErbB2/HER2 when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 877. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ErbB2/HER2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 877. It specifically detects endogenous levels of ErbB2/HER2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr877. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight is approximately 138,185 kDa.
