Anti-ErbB2/HER2 (phospho-Y1248) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ErbB2/HER2 and recognises the receptor specifically when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1248. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ErbB2/HER2 surrounding the Tyr1248 phosphorylation site, and the reagent is supplied unconjugated.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reported molecular weight for the target is approximately 138,185 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
