Anti-ErbB2/HER2 (I682) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the ErbB2 receptor (also known as HER2), binding a region of the intracellular domain that includes the I682 residue. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as 100 µl per vial, and is intended for research use only.

Listed applications include Western blot (WB) on cell and tissue lysates and immunohistochemistry (IHC), most commonly on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections of breast and gastric tumor specimens where HER2 overexpression or amplification is being investigated.
