This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets ErbB2, also known as HER2. It is unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 841–890 of Human ErbB2/HER2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ErbB2/HER2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
