Anti-ErbB-4 / HER4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ErbB-4 / HER4, targeting the phosphorylation site at Tyrosine 1284. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ErbB-4 / HER4 around the Tyr1284 phosphorylation site.

The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of HER4 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1284. Reported molecular weight is approximately 150 kDa, and purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
