Anti-ErbB-4 (E1280) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ErbB-4 (E1280), unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for IHC and ICC/IF and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1246–1310 of Human ErbB-4 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of ErbB-4 protein. The target has a predicted molecular weight of ~150 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
