Anti-ErbB-3 (S1285) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ErbB-3 at the S1285 epitope, available from Antibodies.com for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications (IF, including ICC/IF). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1250–1300 of Human ErbB-3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ErbB-3 protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 148 and 185 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
