Anti-ErbB-3 (D1324) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ErbB-3 (D1324). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of HER3 protein. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of Human ErbB-3.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 148 and 185 kDa.
