Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against ErbB-3. It is unconjugated and validated for use in ELISA, WB and IHC, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.
The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human ErbB-3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ErbB-3 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.
The formulation is a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
