Description
A polyclonal antibody preparation from Antibodies.com targets ErbB-3 and is raised in rabbit. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ErbB-3 protein, and the immunogen corresponds to recombinant full length Human ErbB-3.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 148 and 185 kDa.
