Anti-ERAS Antibody

ERAS (Embryonic Stem Cell-Expressed Ras) is a constitutively active small GTPase implicated in embryonic stem cell maintenance and in oncogenic signaling when aberrantly re-expressed in adult tissues. This polyclonal reagent targets human ERAS and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated rabbit host antibody, provided in a 100 µl volume suitable for multiple experimental runs when aliquoted.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, giving researchers flexibility for protein expression analysis, subcellular localization studies in cultured cells, and tissue-based detection. Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with a wide selection of secondary reagents for chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent detection depending on the experimental platform.

Suitable applications include investigation of PI3K/AKT pathway activation, characterization of cancer cell lines with reactivated ERAS expression (such as gastric carcinoma models), and confirmation of target specificity in CRISPR knockout or overexpression systems.
