Offered through Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived affinity-purified IgG preparation raised against a synthesized peptide mapping to an internal region of human ERAP1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum Aminopeptidase 1, also known as ARTS-1, A-LAP, KIAA0525, PILS-AP, APPILS, and Aminopeptidase PILS). The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell and tissue-based studies. The polyclonal host (Rabbit) and unconjugated format allow the reagent to be paired with a wide selection of secondary antibodies, and the product is shipped at 4 °C with a recommendation to aliquot upon arrival and store at -20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Immunoaffinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a polyclonal pool that reliably detects endogenous levels of ERAP1 across the indicated species, supporting applications such as pathway analysis of antigen trimming, cytokine receptor shedding, and inflammation research where the ERAP1 aminopeptidase plays a regulatory role.
