Anti-ERAL1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the ERAL1 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is raised in rabbit, is of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The target is a 48 kDa protein, and the immunogen used to generate the reagent is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 198–437 of human ERAL1 (NP_005693.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The concentration is lot specific. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
