Anti-ER81 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against ER81, also referred to as ETS translocation variant 1 and Ets-related protein 81. The polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples.

Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of total ER81 protein, with the immunogen being a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal of human ER81. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
