Anti-ERα Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) and is validated for the detection of endogenous levels of the target protein across western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows. The antibody is unconjugated and is provided as an IgG isotype from a rabbit host, affinity-prepared to maximise specificity for the ERα epitope. It is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume, and is recommended for continuous use after storage at −20 °C.
