Anti-ERα (phospho-Y537) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERα around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 537. The unconjugated reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of ERα protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr537, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications with Human, Mouse and Rat reactivity.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and corresponds to a target of approximately 66 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
