Anti-ERα (phospho-S106) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against ERα (phospho-S106), targeting the Estrogen Receptor alpha protein at its Serine 106 phosphorylation site. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ERα around the phosphorylation site of Serine 106. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ERα protein only when phosphorylated at Ser106. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 66 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
