Anti-ERα (phospho-S104) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody was raised against ERα when phosphorylated at Serine 104. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the human ERα sequence around the phosphorylation site of Serine 104.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 66 kDa. Specificity is for endogenous levels of ERα protein only when phosphorylated at Ser104.
