Anti-ERα (P124) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbits and targets estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), the nuclear hormone receptor encoded by the ESR1 gene that mediates transcriptional responses to estrogens in reproductive, skeletal, neural, and cardiovascular tissues.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse, and rat tissue sections, the reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at approximately pH 7.2, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative. The unconjugated format gives researchers the flexibility to pair the antibody with their own detection chemistries or incorporate it into custom immunolabeling protocols.
