Anti-ERα (L100) Antibody

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61–110 of human ERα as immunogen, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of Estrogen Receptor-α protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
