Anti-ERα (K531) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 501-550 of Human ERα. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ERα protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
