Anti-ERα (H112) Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal H112 antibody recognizes estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), this unconjugated primary antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

ERα is a ligand-activated nuclear hormone receptor central to estrogen signaling and a defining marker in breast cancer pathology. Research applications include characterization of ERα status in tumor tissue, reproductive and developmental biology studies, and investigation of hormone-driven gene expression in cultured cells.
