Anti-EPXH2 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at approximately 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is raised in rabbit against recombinant full-length human EPHX2 (also known as soluble epoxide hydrolase, SEH). It is an unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody that recognises endogenous levels of the ~62 kDa EPHX2 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of xenobiotic and lipid epoxide metabolism. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to >95% purity by SDS-PAGE and should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for 12 months from the date of receipt. Intended for research use only, it is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
