Anti-EPRS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting the EPRS protein (Glutamyl-Prolyl-tRNA Synthetase), supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG. EPRS is a bifunctional aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that charges tRNA with glutamate and proline and also forms part of the gamma-interferon-activated inhibitor of translation (GAIT) complex, where it contributes to translational silencing of inflammatory transcripts. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, with reactivity restricted to human specimens.
