Anti-Epoxide hydrolase 1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets human Epoxide hydrolase 1 (EPHX1), also known by the synonyms EPHX, EPOX, epoxide hydratase, mEH, and microsomal epoxide hydrolase. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, antigen-affinity-purified preparation in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline containing 10% glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. It was raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 64 and 262 of human Epoxide hydrolase 1, and is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
