Anti-EPOR Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to EPOR (also referred to as EPO-R) is offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, polyclonal, and produced in rabbit [C0][S1]. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples [C0][S1] and is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with concentration reported as lot specific [S1].

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 400–500 of human EPOR (NP_000112.1) [S1]. The antibody has been affinity purified [S1], and the target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa [S1].

Applications include WB, which is listed by both Antibodies.com and the manufacturer [C0][S1]; Antibodies.com additionally lists IHC [C0], while the manufacturer's datasheet lists ICC/IF [S1]. Recommended dilutions from the manufacturer are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 [S1].
