Anti-EPO Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com that specifically recognizes erythropoietin (EPO), a glycoprotein hormone produced primarily by the kidneys that regulates red blood cell production in bone marrow in response to tissue hypoxia.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a vial suitable for Western blot workflows. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, allowing detection across these three experimental species.

Researchers investigating anemia, polycythemia, kidney disease, hypoxia signaling pathways, or erythropoiesis can use this antibody to detect endogenous EPO in cell or tissue lysates.
