Anti-EPO Antibody [85]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 85) is directed against human Erythropoietin (EPO). It is of the IgG1 isotype, supplied unconjugated, validated for use in ELISA and WB, and reactive with Human samples.

The antibody was generated against purified CHO cell-expressed recombinant human EPO and specifically recognises human EPO. It does not cross-react with IL-8, IL-16, IL-7, MCP-1, TNF-ß, GM-CSF, M-CSF, IL-1ß, bFGF, human serum albumin or bovine serum albumin. Supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution (pH 7.2) and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
