Description
Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EPM2A. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is of the IgG isotype.
It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~35kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen was recombinant full length Human EPM2A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of EPM2A protein.
