Anti-EPM2A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets EPM2A, also known as Laforin. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is also listed for immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 244–331 of human EPM2A (NP_005661.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. Concentration is lot specific.
